Working Studio

Gayle Forster has been a practising artist for many years with many solo exhibitions and participation in many group and selected exhibitions. Her studio called Paerata, was named after the ridge of the Rata trees that dominated  the farm she was brought up on. This art space (which includes an up right press) adapts well to working in a range of different media paint,  print , collage, sculpture with combinations that best describe her themes. Her works are in the  collections of Waikato Museum of Art, Christchurch Art Gallery, Lincoln University and Aigantighe Art Gallery and in private collections in  throughout New Zealand, Australia, Canada, England, Japan, Switzerland, Germany and America.
